Tour Cancellation Policy
Online customers can cancel their tour Package through the website
If bookings are made online, refunds or cancellations will be as per the rules of Kavitha.Travels The refund amount will be credited to your credit card, debit card, or bank account as used at the time of booking
No refund will be allowed if the tourist misses the Trip or cancels the journey after the trip starts the journey
Cancellation charges : No refund will be given or postponed the trip
Before 48 hours, only one postponement or preponement is permitted, subject to seat availability and tour operation
If one postponement or preponement is availed of, no further postponement, preponement, or cancellation is allowed
Every cancellation will incur a 5% transaction fee
18% GST will be levied for cancellation charges
Discounts or concessions are not eligible for tour packages
Tours will be operated subject to the availability of a minimum of 12 members
All discounts and concessions will be extended only after the completion of the tour
AC Accommodation, Veg Food, site seeing will be provided.
